When I start it back up the right side doesn't want to drive until I rev the engine up and then it jerks and takes off. You will need to fill up the case drain of the motor. It may take a minute or so for the charge pump to work out the air from the system, any longer and there is likely a issue. You said you didn't remove the pumps, so you shouldn't have to prime them.
2002 case 85xt . Running great, shut off , came back and now it will not move or hyd loader functions won’t work. All three green lights on upper right hand display. Left drive not working until I give it full throttle and then it seems to break loose and everything runs normally, including parking brake on and off. If I shut off the engine and restart, back to stuck left side until I give it full throttle.
