If it is the fuel line, you need to get the line out of the fuel tank to see if it's plugged. This line is behind the hydraulic pump under the cab. There will be two lines, one in one out. Not sure if your is the same as my wheeled bobcat, it has a small cover underneath the rear belley pan held on with three 3/8" bolts. Under it is 2 drain plugs.
