I have heard great things from Cat owners about their track machines so I like to give one a try. The Deere was the first one I had a chance to use and so far i like it more then the tire skid steers. Engine starts up on this machine and runs out very well. Hydraulic power is great! Equipped with the XPS hiflow. Full cab with like new door. Air condition n. Looking at purchasing a 2007 287b Im not very familiar with this machine so what's the pros and cons? I'm either purchasing this unit or a 257b2 2007. hard to start on occasion. runs ok till about half throttle and then stumbles really hard. only has 189 hours on it. filters have been changed a few times. do they have a lift pump? any other ideas?
