I have purchased a 2012 new Holland L220 and I'm trying to find/access the fuse panel. Everything on line is pointing me to a removable panel under the seat in the foot well area but I've looked and looked and I have a solid piece of steel there, no panel or anything removable.

The cover you removed to access the fuse boxes . There is another fuse box in the engine compartment, Remove the left engine compartment panel. The fuse box has a plastic cover to the left of the back of the seat. One box has relays and the other has fuses. But in the 15 or so years we had one, I don't think I ever replaced a fuse.
