Had a dead battery from sitting when I bought it. Replaced battery. When started, the volt meter on the machine shows in the lower end of acceptable. When I engage the machine, and release the parking brake, it drops well into the red zone on the gauge. Start by checking if you get power to the glow plugs when you go to start it, if you are and it's still hard to start, remove the glow plugs, hook them up to a battery with jumper wires and ensure they glow rite to the tip.
